Therapeutic actions
Analgesic, antidepressant, astringent, digestive, stimulant, tonic.
- Enhances: Alertness, concentration, memory.
- Reduces: Depression, fatigue, muscular pains and injuries, painful menstruation, respiratory problems.
Uses
- Musculoskeletal system: Sprains, pre/post sport rub, rheumatism.
- Respiratory system: Bronchitis.
- Reproductive/Endocrine system: Menstrual problems.
- Cardiovascular system: Low blood pressure.
Methods for use
- Massage: Use up to 25 drops of oil in 50mL massage oil.
- Aromatic Bath: Add 5-10 drops of oil to a full bath, agitate to disperse. For extra softening effects add 25 drops of oil to 50mL of base. Use 10mL of this oil each bath.
- Vaporiser: Use 8-10 drops in vaporiser dish.

Fresh, flowering tops.

Steam distillation.
