- Respiratory system: Chest congestion, colds and flu, sinusitis, bronchitis.
- Nervous system: Nervous exhaustion, depression, sedative.
- Cardiovascular system: Poor circulation.
- Skin: Oily skin, acne, cold sores.
- Insect repellent: Moths, silverfish.
Methods for use
- Massage: Use up to 10 drops in 50mL of massage oil base.
- Aromatic Bath: Add 5-8 drops in water, agitate to disperse.
- Vaporiser: Use 8-10 drops in vaporiser dish.

Steam distillation.
Safety precautions
- Non-toxic but may cause dermal irritation or sensitisation. Do not use in on skin in concentrations higher than 1%.
